Relationship Workbook

Every relationship is different. And yet, over time, certain challenges tend to appear again and again.

In this workbook, I’ve collected some of the more common pitfalls I’ve seen across different stages of a relationship. The exercises are designed to invite reflection on patterns, communication, expectations, and unmet needs — both individually and together.

This workbook is intended as a self-guided resource. It can be used by couples, by people in polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships, or by individuals who want to reflect more deeply on how they relate to others. Some people use it on their own; others choose to work through it together with a partner or partners.

The workbook follows a stylized relationship journey, touching on themes that often arise during moments of connection, tension, transition, or change. There is no “right” pace or correct way to engage with the material. The intention is not to fix a relationship, but to create space for curiosity, awareness, and honest conversation.
The workbook can be used independently or alongside counseling or therapy, and it is meant to support — not replace — professional guidance.
